Our Charges:
We have ZERO signup fees + our fees are paid once in 2 years of tenure so you pay as the services are provided, we charge you only when your property has a tenant! Whereas, we pay the rent to you even if the property is vacant.
Yes. We do have tenant replacement policy! T&C Applicable
Rental tenure is for two years & have to be renewed every 11 months.
We become your extension to take utmost care of your property in executing everything - right from the point of agreement process to till the tenure is completed. Our services ensure absolute delight - we do, and so do our clients appreciate it accordingly.
When a tenant vacates, we do a thorough exit check and calculate the cost of damages. We then do a final settlement with the tenant after deducting any unpaid bills, unpaid rent, and cost of repairs.
We then restart our marketing process and work on Tenant Replacement (and the process repeats).
